Visited the London Camden store the guys were very helpful as i am quite new to the country they helped me sort out my phone and my broadband which was a relief great service!!!

Customer service at its BEST!
The customer service provided by the Camden branch was outstanding. I really appreciate the patience and expert advice. I spent sometime considering my options as I wanted the right-fit (the staff were always on hand to answer any questions and provide/clarify information; which was a clear reflection of how the branch is managed).
I was given expert advice that allowed me to select a tariff that was cost effective but also provided me with exactly what I need.
My choosing Vodafone was in large part down to the great customer service I received, as I was also considering other providers. There is nothing worse than been contracted to a provider that gives you poor service. (My last provider — EE —was horrendous).
I am extremely happy with my contract, tariff and service.
Thank you very much for providing an honest and considered service.

The service was outstanding service
I have had outstanding customer service from Camden branch. The staff were really helpful and provided me with the best tariff available that suited my needs.
