Went in to get a new phone and Anthony talked me through all my options, not rushed at all. Actually this is my second encounter with Anthony, I decided to travel from Slough all the way here just to get an upgrade and be certain I get my options explained to me, Anthony did that on my first encounter. The guy is an asset to Vodafone.

Anthony was a great help today. IWas unsure of what was happening with my bill and he was able to make it clear for me. He was so patient with me. He was also able to save me so much whilst keeping the same plan. Highly recommend.
