Great customer service
We had a fairly complex problem to resolve (transferring numbers between accounts) and David was very helpful in getting it resolved in the most convenient way possible for us (plus gave us a discount), while also being v friendly to talk to

Saif unbelievably helpful and expert
Saif unbelievably helpful and expert. My 101 year old mother needed a ton of things done to keep her WhatsApp active. Because of Saif we switched from EE to Vodafone and, of critical importance to my mother as her only communication source, achieved the needful almost immediately.
But that wasn't all. He spotted that the four other phone contracts I have with Vodafone could be reset at better prices with more data provided.
Saif is a "rock star" representative ... polite, super helpful and knows Vodafone products and services inside out. My tip to Vodafone? Look after him ... he is a real credit to your business and brand.
