First class customer service
I walked into Vodafone Westfield in Stratford today and was warmly greeted by Mus. I had multiple questions, some quite complex with various scenarios based on my employment and lifestyle. Mus was extremely patient in listening to my needs and made an incredible effort to explain thoroughly all my options in the most simple and digestible way possible. I would honestly say it was one of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever had in retail. Mus is a credit to Vodafone and based on my experience today I can safely say I will continue to be a Vodafone customer.

Shirley was amazing
Called Vodafone on 191 and the agent didn’t give me good options and was a bit arrogant. I came into store and I met shirley and she gave me an amazing offer which is good value for money and I appreciate her approach and her knowledge.

Not respecting the agreement
Not respecting the agreement, you set an amount of paying monthly and end up paying double. Also, they saying “free tablet” but they charge you monthly. Anyways not recomanding at all.

Feedback on contract phone purchase experience
We visited the store today for getting Contract phones. Mya served us. She is the most polite, jolly and lovely person I have came across. Although the system was slow she maintained her calm and kept us informed. She explained entire end to end process and options in very detail. She really made our day.
