We needed specialist advice on remote WiFi connectivity and James sorted out the whole issue for us in no time at all, including an excellent deal and an upgrade. We were fortunate to find him free and available as he also cleaned up my husband’s phone and this alone has completely changed his phone experience. James was extremely helpful and it felt good to go into a store and talk to someone. He was really kind and helped with everything I needed and more. He was very knowledgeable and explained the best deals for me. I really appreciated the people and personal experience, it makes a difference from having to communicate with a bot over the phone or travel far.

Virus wiped!
Scott, and Anthony, helped me very efficiently and kindly with a virus on my phone. They got rid of all the 'weird' pop ups and the root issue, a dodgy app. Thank you!

Went to the lowestoft store for help…
Went to the lowestoft store for help with my phone. Scott and james were able to fix it saving me the hassle of buying a new one. When my contract ends i will be back for sure

Bob, Anthony, and Chloe absolutely delighted in an otherwise mundane and stressful chore of purchasing and choosing a new phone. They were helpful, direct, and offered plenty of options, explaining everything and the processes very clearly. Could not recommend more!

Went into Vodafone shop Lowestoft. Had a problem with my phone. Was served by Chloe who went out of her way to help me. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. It wasn't an easy task but she sorted it.

I would certainly recommend this Vodafone store in good ol Lowestoft, Bob and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable, sorted out great plans and explained everything in great detail. Thankyou guys left the store well happy.
