Shop staff good Vodafone useless.
Member is staff in Marlborough shop were trying so hard to sort problem but needed help via live link. Absolutely useless. In shop for over an hour and still here. Will be looking to change account.

The two members of staff in the Marlborough store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, the time it took to complete my transaction was far too long due to a continuous queue. With only two salespeople working non‑stop, the delay was unavoidable.It is not fair to place VF staff under such sustained pressure. They delivered excellent service despite the circumstances, but the store clearly needs better staffing to support both customers and employees.

Efficient service and great deal
Amy, who served us, was helpful, friendly and 100% focused on saving us money but without lots of sales lingo. Offered us a great deal on son's new phone amd also saved us money on the broadband.
