Demy helped me this morning to sort out an issue with an ESIM. She was extremely helpful as she was able to discover an issue with the phones software. She gave great support and provided me with a physical sim. 10/10 customer service.

Went in on Saturday 25th July to get an new connection for my daughter as her mobile was broken. Was surprised that the store was total empty, not a single staff on the shop floor, while the back door was left wide open 🤐🤔 big security risk!!! U assume on the most busy day in the week at least they have staffs on the shop floor.
