Today I went to Vodafone to upgrade my phone I've been with them 12 years + and Today Alix served me order no DHD 0000000353476767 and nothing was to much trouble to explain to me tell me anything I wanted to know the only trouble was Vodafones computers are so slow stalling playing up but Alix over came that and done a excellent job

Matt was lovely.quietly spoken, made for a relaxing visit.
Very professional, with good knowledge of products.
Asked what phone, and type of contract I wanted.
No pressure.
He gave me a breakdown of my plan and payments.
After the sale he went over all the details, and discussed after care etc. Well done e Matt and Vodafone. ( a long time customer ).
