I recently purchased a new pixel fold 9…
I recently purchased a new pixel fold 9 pro from the neath store. Not being very technical, I needed help transferring all my data and setting up important work apps. Karl and Chris were on hand and able to help. Amazing service from both from start to finish and took out all the stress of upgrading to a new phone. Karl was very helpful today and showed great patience to help me with the issues I was experiencing. He even went out of his way to help me set up additional cloud storage on my phone and backed up very important photos so that i do not lose them . All staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks again

Stress free visit
From the moment I entered I was made to feel welcome and Ralph was extremely helpful,friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything about my upgrade so I could understand it all with ease .

Went into Vodafone in neath to see what offers they could give me through trading in my old phone, Chris was very helpful and friendly and I ended up walking g away with a new monthly contract and a new phone.

Staff in this store were super helpful. They provided excellent service and catered for all our bespoke needs. The whole experience was really positive and for the first time in my life I actually enjoyed buying a phone!! Karl and Vhrus were fantastic!!!

Our existing contract with 3 had lapsed, and we changed to Vodaphone as they had a local store with an extremely helpful customer service team that gave us a great deal and made the switchover stress free and really easy to do. Really happy. Thanks.

We recently visited the Neath store to purchase new Sim cards, the staff were highly knowledgeable about the different options available, including various plans and packages. They took the time to understand our needs and provided recommendations that suited our budget and usage requirements. We appreciated the clear and concise explanations, which helped us make an informed decision without any confusion.
