Fantastic service
Fantastic service from start to finish. Had an issue with my previous contract from another supplier, opted to switch to Vodafone an was given excellent service. The store manager was on site to provide further assistance an willingness to support my elderly mother with all queries and questions she had. Couldn't recommend highly enough unfortunately I can't remember the young gentleman's name who assisted me but the entire store was welcoming.

I have just been to the Vodafone shop…
I have just been to the Vodafone shop in Newport Isle of Wight for my new phone set up. As I walked in Scott immediately got up and greeted me. Scott was so polite and helpful unlike the other member of staff who when Scott asked if they could assist me just said No without looking up.
Scott was brilliant and set me new phone up for me

Excellent Customer Service
Courteous, efficient and helpful customer service. Scott was patient and very customer-focused. I popped into the shop having found the online enquiry route to be less than useful. I was able to discuss my requirements in full and then conclude matters there and then. Exactly what you're normally looking for as a customer!
