Great customer service from Joel
I had got myself wrapped up in a really difficult web with my phone and I called into the abbey centre store today after having issues with vodafone online
Joel was so so helpful , so patient and helped me get my phone changed over to the phone I wanted
I then had to call back again later as my sim was playing up and again he sorted the problem instantly for me
Good customer service is hard to come by and as I have came from a customer service / managing background myself - Joel is exactly the type of help I would be looking for
Very polite, good craic and very helpful
He turned what was a extremely stressful experience into something that was manageable and fixable

Really good experience in this store. I went in to deal with issues I was having with my account. The fella I dealt with was really knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help me. He showed me how to set up the app so I can manage my account easier on there. Problem solved in minutes. Thanks
