Decent service overall
Decent service overall, but nothing extraordinary. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helped with setting up my new phone and plan. While they managed to assist with transferring data and resolving some issues, the service could be more efficient. A good experience, but not flawless. A solid 3-star effort from Vodafone UK, thanks.
