Great advice
I visited Vodafone in Norwich for advice on roaming outside of Europe and was served by Neave. She gave me such good advice and saved me a lot of money on unnecessary things, she was a lifesaver!

Taylor was incredible. Incredible customer service explaining the whole process throughout making it crystal clear what was happening.
She supported me through decision making and with the choice of airtime plan and device storage size.
We had a fantastic conversation which lead to the time it took to complete the order to fly by.

Adam is a great staff member
I was served quickly by Adam who was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He talked me through all my options bearing in mind my circumstances and suggested the best fit. He explained the pros and cons, the breakdown of costs, everything I’d need to make an informed choice. He was friendly, and helped me with the little details that meant I could leave the store knowing I had the right phone for me. I wanted to let you know how great he was.

I popped into the vodafone store in Chaplefield Norwich to review my account,

Very Impressed with the Customer Service
I had remarkable service from all the staff in the shop on 11th May. They were extremely helpful and kind. In particular, Matthew made my phone swap an enjoyable experience and explained all the processes well. I was dreading swapping my phone for a new one but Matthew did all the work for me. I apologise for the tears ! I have since got used to my new phone - thanks to you all.

VODAFONE ARE 💩 they couldn't give me…
VODAFONE ARE 💩 they couldn't give me broadband or telephone service so I only had a mobile with them it was ceased and it's all now with EE and BT as I won't bother with these idiots again as they are too expensive

Great customer experience
I had a great experience with Vodaphone in Norwich both yesterday and today. My phone issues were successfully solved thanks to Adam, who was very knowledgable, professional and extremely helpful/patient with me. I would definitely recommend going to Vodaphone for dedicated customer service!

Nothing was too much trouble
