I recently lost my phone due to leaving it on the roof of my car.🙈
I went into Vodafone in Nottingham on clumber Street and and spoke to the manager Tom.
I was using an old phone with a new Sim but it wouldn't work.
He straight away saw the fault and got onto the technical team who said they could sort it but would take a couple of days.
Tom promised to keep me updated and true to his word he did. It was finally sorted and he rang me to confirm my phone was up and running.
Just brilliant service from Tom professional and certainly knows his job. Thanks Tom!!!!!

I don't think I've ever been looked after by such accommodating, friendly, and genuinely kind people. A huge thank you to Santa and Tom for everything they've done to help!
