Sean was a massive help in getting me and my sister’s contracts sorted for a new deal. Was clear and conscience and wasn’t pushy just told the facts and helped us get the best deal for us. Thanks to him I’m staying with Vodafone where I was honestly coming in to tell them I was moving networks.

Been speaking to Roisin today about some issues with my phone, it wouldn't work in the south of Ireland and I couldn't figure out why! Roisin looked through the settings on my phone and switched on data roaming! A simple fix for her would've took me an hour at least!

My phone was full of pop ups and I couldnt do anything on my phone! I thought I was hacked but Sean from Vodafone Omagh found the issue and uninstalled the harmful apps slowing down my phone! Great service

Today I met a young gentleman called…
Today I met a young gentleman called Malik, who was extremely helpful with every question I asked!
I was originally interested to change my service to another provider but after speaking with Malik who was very helpful and professional I have chosen to remain with Vodafone.

Bradley and roisin were very helpful
Bradley and roisin were very helpful. My phone was out of storage and they were able to get me a great deal on a new one and move everything onto my new phone and even let me keep my same number.
