Upgrading my Google pixel with Tom
Tom helped me out with upgrading my phone contract (Google pixel 9). He ran through all possible variations and add one available and was patient and personable despite some system issues. A great asset to the team!

Went in for help with the phone and met wth Tom. He was brilliant even having to go out of the shop to get a signal as the phone signal was not working due to Vodafone update.
