Excellent service, visited Meadowhall store and got very little out of them, came to ParkGate and spoke to Darren, great help and solved all the issues we had. Would recommend!

Me and my partner recently went into store to upgrade both our phones. We were dealt with by a young man called James. James was extremely helpful as he talked us through our upgrade options. He made the whole process, which is usually stressful, a breeze. I would highly recommend using James for any future phone upgrades.

Darren was absolutely amazing, him and his team Josie were brilliant. I have never had such exceptional service from any staff member. Everyone in the store was more than happy to help and smiled throughout. You have an exceptional team at Parkgate.
