Great experience. Everything was explained and I feel that the best deal was given to us. The staff stayed late to sort the upgrades out and were all very helpful

Gemma was absolutely brilliant very patient with me who isn't the best with technology. Certainly will ask for her next time I visit the shop in Rugby. Understood my issues and explained everything perfectly. Updated my contract and I left shop with less worries. 👍 👍

Knowledgeable staff. Very informative.
This is the second time Simon has set up a phone and account for me. He was very informative and helpful and set everything up smoothly which has saved me a lot of time. The service in store has been great everytime. Very knowledgeable staff.

Dont opt vodafone if working from home.
I ordered a broadband from vodafone and they installed, on 31st november after bit of trial from openreach engineer, he said sometimes routers take midnight to get activated so wait till then. even the next internet did not worked then vodafone said everything is fine from there end, its an issue with the openreach. i called openreach they visited again and confirmed again that its a vodafone issue. then vodafone customer service got involved and told me there is global outage and i have to wait another 24hrs to get started. even after that internet is not working and now they are saying they need to replace the router which will take another 48hr to arrive and possibly some more time to arrive. everyone from the team gives different answers. They are just liers. if you are working from home dont use them.

Shannon was amazing! Completely made this appointment positive experience. I bought my elderly grandmother in because customer service wouldn’t help. She was so good, has a great sense of humour and made my gran feel really good. Went above and beyond what we expected.
