Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a great help
Went in to get some prices of what it’ll cost to transfer to Vodaphone with a new pixel, Liam helped me with a few different quotes and explained how it works switching provider. Really friendly and knowledgable, will definitely be back.

5 star service today from Vodafone…
5 star service today from Vodafone Scunthorpe! Looked after by Dan who was truly excellent from start to finish. SIM issue which involved a 3 way call with Customer Services. Throughout the time I spent there Dan showed a great deal of knowledge & patience & after 10 days with no service, the problem was solved. A credit to the Vodafone Team!!

Zach was not only very polite and professional he’s was also very informative and knew the products inside and out. He took the time to explain everything to my mum and dad as he tailored there Vodafone plan (Scunthorpe store) and they left feeling very happy. Very impressed and thank you he’s a credit to Vodafone
