Excellent service today!
Today I called in at the Vodafone shop in Selby with a number of problems including having a faulty Internet connection.
I was served by Marcel, the manager.
He was very professional and knowledgeable and carefully took me through all the things I needed to do. I am not very good at technology so he wrote details down, repeated them and made sure that I understood everything. He was extremely patient and courteous and also reconfigured my broadband package making sure I was getting the best deal. Definitely 5* service - many thanks, Marcel!

I work in customer services and it very rare these days to find someone with natural talent as Rob's. He was wonderful with our 5 year old daughter, whilst upgrading my phone.
