I recently purchased a new phone with the assistance of Paul, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Paul was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He took the time to ask plenty of thoughtful questions to understand my needs and preferences, which made me feel that he genuinely cared about finding the best option for me.
His knowledge and professionalism were clear throughout the process, and he explained the features of different models without any pressure to upsell. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up with a phone that perfectly suits my needs. Overall, the service Paul provided was outstanding, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new phone.

My experience within the Crystal peaks…
My experience within the Crystal peaks store today was fantastic. I was assisted by Chris, whom was knowledgable, thorough, as well as patient as I was unsure which device to decide on.
This was my first time in store and I would defo recommend to family and friends for them to visit that store should it be required.
Again thank you Chris and I’m happy with my new phone choice.

Fabulous service
Chris at the Crystal Peaks store in Sheffield was absolutely brilliant. He organised a new phone a new tariff and full fibre broadband to my new home much cheaper than I was paying before. He listened to what I needed and then did it...as simple as that!

My broadband was coming to an end so went into my local Vodafone shop in Crystal peaks and was served by Reece who was so helpful,friendly an polite. Nothing was too much trouble . He even helped me sort out a problem I was having with my phone
