The assistant Ed was very informative and helpful. He didn’t push me to buy and recommend the best deals which I went with. He was very friendly, didn’t rush me and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

I came in as I wanted to change phone…
I came in as I wanted to change phone service. I wasn’t sure if Vodafone was for me but the lovely lad I spoke to was amazing and convinced me to go with Vodafone. He was so helpful, answered all my questions and was just genuinely a pleasure to talk to. His name was Josh and I am really thankful to him for helping me.
