Merlin went through all my available options, explaining everything clearly. I feel I got the best deal for my needs. Very happy with my purchase and the friendly professionalism of the staff. Highly recommend and will be returning when I get my next phone!

Outstanding service and support from Merlin in the Shrewsbury store today, both in terms of technical advice, and explaining the complete process when upgrading my old iphone to the new iphone 16 pro max. Highly recommended and looking forward to using my new phone in due course.
