New IPhone 13
All three members of staff delivered fantastic customer service and have made me feel very happy with my purchase of a new IPhone13. They were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and made everything one hundred percent clear. I cannot fault them in any way and it was another great service by Vodafone.

Your assistant manager Ross is a credit to your store, being of an older generation modern mobiles can be confusing, Ross was very patient while also training a member of staff. I have been a customer of Vodafone for many years. I work in customer service and so appreciate it is not always an easy job so am very happy to advise when the customer service is above and beyond. Completely untrustworthy and inconsiderate to their customers! I need to speak to someone in management who cares!!
I am at the end of my tether with this company! I wanted to purchase Vodafone broadband a few months ago, previously with Sky.. called and spoke to a very pleasant guy who informed me that we couldn’t get Vodafone broadband in my area. I was ready to go elsewhere as I explained I need broadband to be 100% as I work from home but he convinced me to get a mobile hotspot that would be more than up to the job. So I got this about 3 month’s ago and have no end of problems with it not working properly. I tried to get through various times to be cut off and when I eventually spoke to someone I was told that I have restricted data on my plan.. I was never told this! I was then given a deal to upgrade at an extra cost which I wasn’t happy about and then every month since I have been charged over the amount that was agreed. And my mobile hotspot is constantly not working. I have been on the phone to these cowboys for about 4 hours in total and today after being told to take various steps to sort the problems out.. on a virtual chat as they were meant to call me back twice and never did.. I still have no broadband. This has cost me time and money and I am disgusted with the service these people offer. They are untrustworthy, liars and complete amateurs who have no care or consideration for their customers. I have been sold something completely unfit for purpose and I have to put up with this for the next 2 years! And no one is taking any responsibility. What can I do!!??
Now you ask me to go to a link to not be able to talk to anyone again!!?? It’s not good enough
