Absolutly shocking customer services
Absolutly shocking customer services by Jordan as 3 trips to store to attempt to get the phone that was requested on the first visit. Even store manager blatantly lied to my face & then told me I must of been mistaken. Currently have 4 different contacts with Vodafone & will not to continuing to renew now despite being with Vodafone for over 15yrs so far. Avoid at all costs would be my advice to anyone thinking of going there.

Great upgrade experience
Process to upgrade was very easy and Kathy made sure I got the best deal for me. Ended up saving loads. Also had a lovely chat while passing the time it takes to go through the motions. Left with a smile on my face. Very friendly and chilled atmosphere.

What a star Kathy was
What a star Kathy was , she helped me tremendously as I'd had my bag stolen containing my new iPhone and brought along an Android and she transferred everything , with a smile !!! I called into Vodafone Southport to…
I called into Vodafone Southport to check on upgrading my iPhone. I was served by a lovely polite and extremely helpful young lady called Kathy. So much so I walked out of the store with the latest iPhone and everything transferred from my existing iPhone. Also she suggested an upgrade to cover my global travelling which covers me better when I visit my family in Australia. Normally it’s £8 per day but the global coverage is included in my deal. All in all I’m a very happy customer.

RUBBISH…vodaphone is CR*P
Where do I start with this RUBBISH vodaphone setup & non-existant internet, despite being assured that it would just be 'updating, won't be long'. HA! Just moved in, & wish I'd stayed with whoever the previous supplier was. Couldn't be any worse. Ever tried to organise a house move with no internet at the destination? EVERYTHING you need to do requires internet access, & I have one bar on my giffgaff sim, so no guarantee this will ever get posted. Gggrrr-so fed up
