Brilliant customer service in at Helen’s store
I was served by a lovely man called John in the St Helens store. He was Very knowledgeable in his job and I left with more than I expected and a saving as well! Would definitely recommend vodaphone as a service provider and A* customer service by John.

Saved money
I came into Vodafone as I was paying way too much for my sim card deals.
I spoke to Colin who changed my sims to unlimited for less than my current price and also found a great deal for my daughter.

I went into store as my sim card wasn't working, I'd set up an e sim by mistake, Colin helped to resolve the issue and gave me an actually sim. I'm back up and running, quick and efficient.
