Dan The Man…..
About a month ago I ordered a new phone on line with Vodafone. It wasn’t a great experience. It didn’t end well. So much for 21 years of loyalty to one provider. My bad blood led me to even get a PAC code earlier today but then I remember a really brilliant bloke in my local Vodafone store in Stroud. His name is Dan. He is the The Man. A month ago he dealt so well with my wrath and said very simply “If there’s anything I can do to keep you as a Vodafone customer please come back and see me”. It stuck with me, he was gracious in defeat and here I am a month later signing up to stay loyal to Vodafone. We need more Dan’s in our worlds; helpful, personable, a good bloke. Thanks Dan, I dislike divorces and I’m in good hands with your care and attention. Here’s to another 21 years. Cheers!!

Great service in Vodafone Stroud
Spoke to Dan and Kieran today who helped me purchase a new plan. They were both very friendly, and walked me through everything I was getting. They offered extras with my plan and were not pushy when I declined. They are a credit to your company!
