Service review - Anthony
Anthony was really helpful in pricing and explaining all the option available option for my upgrade. He also explained all the changes made to the payment method for upgrades since it had been a while from my last one. He made sure I understood everything and was happy with what I was getting. Excellent service
Great to have access to the store and to see the advisors in store instead of over the phone is alot better for elderly like ourselves and the service the agent Andrew provided was excellent in the Vodafone Sunderland store.
