Friendly and proactive staff, happy customer!
Luke at the store was proactive in assessing and diagnosing a technical problem on my recently-purchased iPhone, and was clear in explaining the options I had. I felt dealt with as a valued customer, and that he had empathy for my situation; I came away very happy with the resolution arrived at, and I felt Luke and his colleague went the extra mile to tailor a solution to my situation. This gives me a strongly positive feeling about Telford Vodafone’s service towards its customers.

It was time to upgrade my phone as the contract had ended.
I went in to see if I could get a new phone, as my contract had ended.
Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was in my lunch hour so time was of the essence.
He was so good that we discussed broadband and he was able to sort out broadband deal for me.
Luke is a credit to the Company and made my experience very easy and answered all questions I had about the new phone, contract and then the broadband.
Keep hold of him, he's very good at his job and has a friendly helpful nature which gives such a good impression of Vodaphone.
