Whilst visiting the electric went…
Whilst visiting the electric went twice, fire alarm was being tested and there was drain work going on outside which caused an horrendous smell foing theough the shop, however Lewis remained very professional and smiley, and we walked out with our new phone contract and two very happy girls with their new phones

Agents giving inconsistent and contradicting information
Further to my previous review, which was very good, after an appalling and bordering abusive experience with ee and BT, I am hoping Vodafone will be more fair and consistent. The gentleman at the local Vodafone shop here in Torquay insists that I couldn't transfer my number from an EE SIM contract to Vodafone PAYG. I told him that customer services on the phone told me I could, but he insisted I couldn't. So I went in to Vodafone SIM contract to keep my own number.
However, I've been told by two other customer service agents, with Vodafone, that actually what he said was incorrect and therefore misleading, and he further told me that there's nothing wrong with phone companies, it's just that certain individuals working for them are ruthless trying to make money for themselves no matter what
As I'm in the 14 days cooling off part, I am very seriously considering swapping again to another provider, so I can go on PAYG , which is what I wanted anyway, and i an totally fed up with mobile phone agents being inconsistent and trying to sell me things i dont want or need.
Further to my review,I see Vodafone have replied but as I'm not on face book I cannot take them up on their offer. Seems a little odd to have to use Facebook just to get some clarity from such a large company.
