Exceptional sales team!
I came to collect a phone that I had ordered over the phone only to find out the my order had not been delivered I was extremely frustrated and upset but Meet was very understanding and accommodating explaining to me the process helping me to understand what the problem was. Prince suggested an alternative which resulted in me not having to wait two days for my new phone but leaving the shop phone in hand! Both young men were attentive, communicated well and made the processes seem less. Princes energy and charisma is to be applauded and Merts efficiency and ability to communicate was very impressive. Highly recommend both sales men and this store.

Lex made our day...
The store was a haven of calm on extremely hot day. My husband, Minnie, Pippa and I were also shattered. We thought that our 3 accounts muddle and broken phone would be an issue and complex to fix. Fear not Alexandra (Lex), listened to the issues and carefully sorted everything out for us. Lex has a great attitude and knows how to clearly explain everything. She was patient when repeating answers too. Clear and concise throughout. A true professional and a credit to the herself, Waltham Cross shop and to Vodafone. Many, thanks.
