The staff all 3 of them was wonderful very painshon with me
They have plainsong with me explaining what to do and how this am glad I went in the store today at my age I don't know how to start asking for what I wanted and all 3 of them was great August Ellie and Chaors I had to call my daughter and let her know how wonderful they were.

Great experience in the Waltham cross store. The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Very helpful Staff - New SIM sorted!

Best store ever
I have had an amazing experience with Vodafone in Waltham Cross .
I struggle with learning difficulties and Ellie made the whole experience so easy for me and helped provide me all the information I needed
Mert and Auguzt also helped me out. The whole team is outstanding and I could not recommend them more.

Popped into the WC branch for the first…
Popped into the WC branch for the first time today as I’m on work in the area and needed an issue rectified. I’d called the customer service prior to going in and the CSA was extremely rude. On entering the WC store I was greeted very nicely by the store manager Leonard who assisted me with the issues I had to deal with, no issues at all. Fatima was also very lovely and willing to assist and have an actual human conversation!
They called the CSA department for me and handled my issue as they could see how stressed I was. Obviously I spoke to the CSA and confirmed who I was etc but overall they handled my issue with ease and I’m so grateful. Fatima and Leo thank u ❤️
