Raj was Great
Raj was Great. Help us put with a new deal and transferred all the stuff over from one phone to another. Took alot time for transfer but spent that time health checking out account to make sure everything was righ. Saved us a lot of money. Brilliant service.

My partner wanted information…
My partner wanted information transferred from one phone to another. Bradley in the Wellingborough Branch looked after her.
He was professional, very helpful and sorted the transfer out quickly and efficiently. He is a credit to the firm and we will definitely go back to Vodaphone because of Bradley. Well done Bradley. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Still a place for in store purchase!
Went in store, as trying to use web site/my vodafone was confusing.
Karl quickly explained how the seperate phone purchase and air plans worked in terms of billing. We also explored all the options of buying phone outright, SIM only, changes roaming charges, as well as the traditional monthly new phone + SIM upgrade. Ultimately we arrived at a reasonable deal. Additionally, he ran through all the processes for swapping over SIM card, loading data onto new phone, accessories etc. Value added in terms of current product knowledge and offers, what i was trying to achieve, and reduction in time spent on websites, trying to find information. Would recommend.

Really helpful
I usually do everything online but this time I went into an actual Vodafone store and it was certainly worth it. Karl helped me to choose the right phone and plan and was able to check my usage and see what I required. Really helpful and it was so easy. Also, I immediately took my new phone home with me.

Excellent customer service. Raj is knowledgeable, patient and explained everything very thoroughly for me to understand. Raj assisted me by sorting out my PAC code transfer and led me through all that l needed to do.

Went into store to get a new phone
Went into store to get a new phone. Raj was great help explaining the packages and the new process with loan agreements. I’ve had bad experience online before which has put me off doing order over the internet. Will always use the store going forward.

I went into the Wellingborough shop and…
I went into the Wellingborough shop and was served by Bradley My phone screen was glitching and would not stay on so this problem was very stressful
Bradley spent along time getting the information and setting my new phone up
He is kind, patient and went above and beyond to help

Top employee
Bradley sorted out my sim only deal. It was a bit of a complicated scenario, but he managed to fix it for me (I’d never been able to do it without popping into the store). Bradley was very professional and polite. Top employee, in my opinion.
