Both manager, Ikki, and sales advisor, Nayim, were extremely helpful and easy to have a chat with, making the whole experience great. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new provider.

I came from the three store after seeing it was closed. I had an issue with my phone and saw jamal who had moved from the three store he couldn't solve my issue but was very helpful and made my plan cheaper

Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful! I had a scam call in the morning and they were able to explain my plan to me, the contracts that I have out and offer me a discount on my plan as I was due for an upgrade anyway.
Any other issues I’ll be coming back to this store

Vodafone/ Three broadband connection
Visited the Vodafone/ Three store at New Square, UK today to arrange a broadband connection as a new customer and had an excellent experience. The staff member was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different packages, and contract option. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and the broadband order was completed quickly. Very happy with the customer service and would recommend this store to anyone looking for broadband services.
