Pleasant interaction with Bethany in-store, very knowledgeable, was super helpful and helped me decide to upgrade current phone. Helped me walk away paying less for more. Highly recommend using this store instead of online. Real human customer service.

Upgrading phones is usually a stressful situation for me but Ash fully explained the process and helped me to understand anything that I was unsure about, making the experience quick and easy. He also explained the multiple broadband deals on offer, which we will look into further. Overall great experience.
