Freebie time wasting to claim and Vodafone didn't provide necessary documents on purchase!
Update:
This offer came with a free Samsung Tablet. When I tried to claim it, I didn't have instructions. I discovered it was the Samsung website and a complicated process. They asked for 'invoice number' when Vodafone has an 'order; number and also proof of purchase rather than a contract. It took me 56 miserable minutes to Vodafone, being dealt with by a ruder operator, and eventually needed a legal threat, to get this document in time. It was clear they deal with this all the time...it appears both organisations make it as hard as possible to make the claim - why wasn't given this when I bought the goods. I felt tricked into wasting my time. It certainly cancelled any goodwill that Samsung or Vodafone think a 'freebie' gains. Thumbs down to both organisations!
Great service from Zeshan at Wimbledon store...professional, knowledgeable, honest and patient.
New phone,new contact and smooth data transfer.
Thank you so very much. O2 was a nightmare...would have switched ages ago.

Quick and easy, great experience
Ricky set me up with a SIM card plan for only £10 as I’m only in town a few days. Quick and easy, didn’t try to upsell me like other places usually do, and the whole team was friendly and helpful!

Fayyadh was extremely helpful
Fayyadh supported my father really well throughout this. He explained everything step by step to my father that didn’t quite understand it. Talked through the very fustratung virgin media customer support. Very amusing and made both me and my father laugh on multiple occasions. He made this tedious task into something to enjoy with him.
