Great experience
Great experience, was greeted by a fine gentleman who then passed me on to someone who dealt with my enquiry.
Store had a welcoming atmosphere compared to its competitors on the high street.
Will definitely be coming back in once I have all my bits together but very pleased with the initial experience.

Excellent staff very helpful
Everytime I visit the store in Worcester I cannot fault the staff and the in-store experience.
Ana was exceptional today, really helpful and explained everything brilliantly, didn't feel rushed and there was no pressure given which is a real plus, she helped navigate me to the deal that was right for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brilliant service with a smile
After five previous failed attempts to buy a new mobile phone contract with other providers, Ana at Worcester Vodaphone finally restored my faith in humanity. Not only did she move my provider to vodaphone she made sure I got the best possible deal to suit my needs. I was seriously stressed by my previous attempts when we sat at her desk, she dealt with my needs with care and confidence, did not talk to me in ‘tech speak’ and explained everything carefully and clearly. Helpful, patient and super efficient.

She was super efficient in dealing with it, resolving the basic problem very quickly and giving me clear instructions on how to solve the second part two later, when my account would be 'cleansed'. I spoke to Ana today, she is so friendly and very helpful . She is so clever to resolved my issues and gives all options when I took a new contract . Honestly speaking you can really trust her and she does a good job to her client. She is very professional and explain everything you ask her . Surely I will recommend Vodafone. Make sure you ask Ana she will resolved your problem she. Is pretty as well and very accommodating to any nationality.
