Dont care about customers problems
Dont care about customers problems, i have been using this store for 24 years ish . I will never go again rather go carlisle or penrith. Sim was not working and the problem was not sorted

Fantastic experience
I visited the Vodafone store today with my mother to see if we could get her sorted out with a long overdue new phone. Shes not always confident with technology but M Jay really took the time to understand her, how she currently uses her device and he was incredibly kind and patient with her. He answered all her questions and made the whole process simple and clear to understand. 11/10 from us today, I would love it if M Jay could be recognised in some way because he was absolutely amazing with us today
