Amazing help from Rachel and Jake
I came in yesterday as my phone had broken but I was with another phone provider and Rachel and Jake helped me set up another contract, they were so helpful I had no idea where to start. Then I came back in today as I wanted to order the new iPhone 18 pro max which they helped me switch over. Great service.

I had a great experience with Rachel in store. My phone wasn’t working properly, and Rachel was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me upgrade my phone at a great price.
Rachel is always polite, trustworthy and genuinely helpful. She has excellent knowledge of all areas of the contracts and makes everything easy to understand without any pressure. I really appreciate her customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with their phone or contract. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rachel and the Team A+++++
Racheal, Sam and Nathan, each were superstars today. Racheal especially was very knowledgeable and provided lots of helpful advice. No stone was left unturned during my mid-device plan upgrade with trade in. I was made to feel very welcome and they couldnt have been more helpful. This is what Vodafone customer experience is all about.

Excellent service
Sam, Jake and Rachel are welcoming, friendly and patient! Took my new phone in to the store today to transfer my ESIM and physical SIM. Not a quick process but they all helped me get sorted.
