Great customer service
I visited Vodafone store in Pavilions Swords, I spoke with Leanne about broadband and TV with Vodafone.
Leanne's knowledge and courteous manner convinced me to sign up there and then. I waited a month to convince myself that Vodafone was right for me and my family, it was.
I returned to Leanne 5 weeks later and once again her knowledge and professionalism knows no bounds. Leanne sorted me out with a very good monthly bill pay package that now includes 3 mobile phones, I was very pleased with the process in Vodafone store, special thanks to Leanne who helped me get all my eggs in the one basket.... 11 out of 10 👌

Dale and the Canadians
Dale helped the three of us fresh off the plane with our e sims. He explained the whole process to us and showed us how to switch back and forth to our Canadian sim.
He was a great first experience with Irish customer service. He was friendly, approachable, and fun.

Visited the store today in need of a new phone, transfer of data and guidance on transferring a work number, over to a personal one. Dale was excellent. Patient, friendly and professional. I was hugely impressed. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 for customer service!

Absolutely lovely store with a great…
Absolutely lovely store with a great atmosphere. Rachel looked after my SIM port and she couldn't have been more friendly and accomodating. There was a Samsung rep in store that answered all questions and helped me transfer my data.
