Absolutely lovely store with a great…
Absolutely lovely store with a great atmosphere. Rachel looked after my SIM port and she couldn't have been more friendly and accomodating. There was a Samsung rep in store that answered all questions and helped me transfer my data.

Excellent customer service
Rachel is what made my experience smooth, seamless, efficient, professional and friendly. What was a stressful arrival in store, turned in to a pleasure when leaving the store.
The Vodafone plans for at home, mobile and mobile broadband services were clearly explained and I availed of all.
I wish there were more people like Rachel as she was the epitome of excellent customer service. Thank you!

Susan at the Pavilions store. 5*
Susan at the Pavilions store was excellent. I had struggled with the web page, OWA and the app were missing a link that tech support advisors had assured me was there on two occasions in order to convert my physical sim to eSIM. My last resort was a store visit and although busy, Susan was immediately able to understand, relax me and assist with instant success. 10/10 customer support considering I wasn’t buying anything at the time, just pure class. bravo

Absolutely brilliant service from Tracy from start to finish. She sold me an S26 Ultra and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Nothing was ever a problem she was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I’d highly recommend dealing with Tracy if you want someone genuinely helpful and professional. Thanks again!
