Been trying to get through to the service department for two days, as a fault has been found on my car that’s got its warranty expiring in a few weeks time. Multiple attempts to call made, but calls were never answered and messages never returned. When I complained about the lack of response to the switchboard, they said, “quelle surprise” - so there’s obviously some previous form here.
Finally spoke to someone this morning and the only appointment that could be offered was some weeks after my warranty expires. When I indicated that was of little use because they’ll then charge me, I had a less than helpful answer and was told to call another service centre 30 miles away.
If I never have to deal with Fiat Truro again, that’s just fine.

Came to view a car on site that we were very interested in. However, the young salesman with glasses was immensely rude and condescending. Appalling customer service and zero engagement. We took our business to Dales who have been absolutely fantastic. Won't be returning to this Fiat garage at all.

Good service from polite pleasant staff. Car was ready on time and presented clean for us to pick up. Service booking process was easy. Video report from under car was underwhelming with no real video content, tyre and brakes measurement s were useful.
A little surprised at cost, I was quoted £185.00 when booking but paid £221.38, guess it was a net quote but this should have been explained as seems misleading.

Great service. Made the whole process of choosing a new car easy. No question was deemed too foolish. Friendly staff with good communication skills.
I would highly recommend. Sam the dealer who assisted us was efficient and didn’t try and get us to buy over our budget.

I was shocked to arrive at Vospers at the FIAT centre in my wheelchair to be told that the service centre was actually in the Renault centre 4 car centres away.
Having arrived at the Renault centre at 8:30am as agreed I was then advised that my car would be ready by 5pm and I should make my way back then! This was new to me and I had told the receptionist on arranging the service that we would be staying in Plymouth until my car was ready.
I expressed that this would be too long, and the assistant stated they would try and have my car back sooner.
We live in Cornwall and there is no way we would make the 112mile round trip to drop my car off and return and collect it again to take it back home again. This would just not be cost effective.
We then went off to Sainsburys to get a coffee and realised that the Vospers, Marsh Mills site is not wheelchair accessible. There are very few drop down kerbs around the car show areas, meaning my husband had to drop my wheelchair down non sloped kerbs. There was also a barrier leaving the Vospers area with only one way to leave. This was a gated side exit onto a non sloped kerb onto a raised narrow dirt ‘path’ with a large non moveable stone in the middle. Once through this gate, there was another non sloped kerb.
Once we had left the Vospers site, there were sloped kerbs, traffic lights and accessible paths.
We had returned to the Vospers site (again with difficulty) and waited in the waiting area at the Renault service centre around 10:30am for my car.
The staff were pleasant and offered us tea and coffee.
There were no bins around the waiting areas which wound have been helpful.
My husband went to enquire as to how long my car was going to be and to our surprise it had just finished its service. The car was then bought to the front of the Renault service centre for our collection.
Whilst I cannot fault the service received by the staff we had been in contact with.
However, the service received by Vospers and the accessibility for wheelchair users is just not acceptable. Not only is it against the Equally Act 2010, it is also extremely uncomfortable for a disabled person being bounced around on unsuitable pavements and inappropriate gated narrow exits.
You also cannot expect a customer to wait 9hrs for a general service on their car.
Or to travel a 112 mile round trip to drop the car off, return home, collect it and return home again.
The least you could do is offer a courtesy car whilst the car is being serviced.

Very helpful, polite, friendly service
Went out of there way to help us get our new car .
Talked us through every detail, if you wasn't sure about anything, they would go over it all again.
Would recommend them to anyone.

Great service received from Charles, I absolutely love my new car. He made it such a simple process, I would do it all over again.
The kind receptionist, managed to fit my car in for its service despite me turning up a day early. The car has also been serviced and looks immaculate.
No complaints! Helpful staff, good service. I wasn't offered alternative transport, but didn't need it anyway.

Can’t fault the service that Vospers provide. Always informative and polite even when you have people like me asking why do I have to get a service on my car when it’s only done 6000 miles since the last one? (To validate the Warranty apparently).
I work over the road to the Truro branch so was able to drop my car off before work and collect it at lunchtime. No problems at all.

From the moment Vospers Fiat sales team answered the phone, we knew we were in safe hands!
We were made very welcome to their smart showroom and with coffee in hand we were given a tour of the new Fiat 500e and (without coffee in hand) we test drove the demo car.
All our questions and concerns about purchasing an all electric car were fully answered and the deal was done. We picked up the new car on Tuesday having gone through all features by Andrew who was very patient and more than helpful.
Thank you Vospers. A great experience.
