Shockingly bad service. Taken in to get oil sump replaced on Fiat Ducato Aug 2023. Not only did they damage the air suspension on the van they also left the sump leaking oil - the very thing they were meant to fix. Had to take van back twice. Further, when replacing the sump guard, they only put back 3 of the 12 screws and did not replace the lug nuts at all! As such the sumpguard was left hanging off. Then this year, I have asked if they will clear the "change oil" code after I have changed the oil myself and they said "company policy say they cant". Also, said that because Motorhome is over 10 years old they would have to rent the software from Fiat. Other than the helpfull lady at reception, its almost as if they have gone out of there way to be unhelpful with shoddy workmanship. Regarding your response, you didn't reset the oil counter when you changed the oil in August 2023 so I am now left in limbo with an issue you won't help me resolve.

This franchise is an unprofessional, lying joke!! I had a recall on my Ranger for a weld on the exhaust. When I called to book it in the Threemilestone reception told me that they were waiting authority to do the work and they would get back to me. 6 months later and still no contact! I went on line to check the recall only to find that there was now a 2nd recall for possible failure of the differential. I called Threemilestone again. I was basically given a load of lies and excuses. I ended up having to contact Ford UK. The customer services manager sorted the problem. To cut a long story short I had to deliver the truck to Threemilestone on the Thursday for them to transport it to Exeter for repair on Friday morning. I could then collect it back from Threemilestone Friday afternoon. I did this. I heard nothing on Friday and could not get a reply on the reception!!??
I tried ringing again on Saturday morning, again, no answer. So I rang the service manager in Exeter. He told me that the truck had never been booked in with them. When I eventually got hold of Threemilestone, she told me that Exeter were wrong.
Threemilestone had told me nothing but a pack of lies to cover their mistakes and lack of ability to do their jobs!
When I finally got my truck back it was covered in muck and dead flies. My fuel tank was all but empty. They had NOT transported my truck to Exeter, it had been driven up and back by someone! If I had known this beforehand I would not have agreed to it. This whole thing went on for weeks with nothing but lies and excuses. To add insult to injury the Ford customer manager basically washed her hands of the problems and suggested I dealt direct with Threemilestone.......I refused and that was that! I had the truck cleaned and refuelled at my own expense and will never deal with this franchise again.......BE WARNED!!!!!!!

I always buy my new vehicles from the Exeter branch which is much better but it's just too far to go every time when all that's needed are minor repairs/software updates.
On this (final) occasion I was forced to wait five hours because they didn't start work at the 7.30am allotted time, then they took far longer than scheduled and then they took 30 minutes to prepare the invoice and told me that I couldn't leave until they were ready! I missed a meeting and wasted most of the day. Farcical.
I was forced to sit for hours listening to other angry customers calling in and to staff moaning about them.
I see that the last review complained that the hourly rate was £94 ph - well look out! You now have to pay £120 ph for the privilege of their abuse!! Anyone want a one year old Ranger?

Got reply from you, still unhappy with service from you. At £94.50 per hour,, you are a rip off. I am replying to your email to me, ref motorhome problem with heater.
You said that I needed a new resister, and you could not get one from Fiat. It turned out that all I needed was a new FUSE. It cost me £10.00 for an electrical engineer to fix the prob.At 2 Hrs @ £94.50 a complete rip off. vospers threemilestone, never again going to a reputable garage in the future

I was told when I dropped the keys off for service and warranty work that there wasn’t much capacity to do any extra jobs to the truck because they were short of staff.
The lady on reception then found the job bookings further down the paperwork pile and confirmed they would be done.
When I picked the truck up I was told the jobs were looked into and there were no issue with the truck.
I had to make the mechanics try the faulty hands free in front of me, to which they now confirmed there was an issue and would need to order parts in.
The issue with the trucks slow response changing gears (reverse to drive, vice versa) has not been looked into and is still dangerous. I don’t feel the truck should continue moving backwards after after applying the brake, and then changing to drive. It has never happened in any other vehicle I have driven.
It may not be the case but it feels like they issues were not looked into thoroughly as they were short of staff.

Very good service from vospers, and especially from the fiat mechanic, who explained what had been carried out. Although expensive I felt service had been done properly. Chris Daddow.

Took my 11,000 mile nearly 2 year old tipper in for service, was told it would be £400 because it was a "BIG" service, got a oil and filter change, didn't even remove the air filter cover to check it, passed the " free" health check even though n/s wiper blade was completely knackered, box was ticked in wipers section, at the same time was booked in for hill assist not working, still not working, 3rd attempt, poor service

Good experience from booking in to getting the service completed, peace of mind from a main dealer and love the breakdown cover offered after the service for 12 months , staff are well informed and professional and friendly , good job all round

Awful, I paid £650 for a service and you left me with a fault that means I can't drive the vehicle in question and you can't see it again to fix it until the 7th Jan, nearly a month after the service, based on this I will no longer be using you for either my motor home or my company ranger, terrible service and very very expensive.
Fast and efficient service as usual. Victoria pulled out the stops to fit me in at very short notice.
