Receptionist was great, Car wasn't what I would call clean, they charged me twice, which took over a week to sort out, I've chasing for my invoice for 12 days now.

The customer service is the best I have encountered for a long time.
I asked to extend the originally agreed rental duration and the friendliness and excellence of the staff involved was absolutely fantastic.
I will certainly be back and highly recommend VWFS to everyone.

I have used this hire service several times @JCB Ashford and always had a professional and effortless service. I was never disappointed.
Unfortunately this time Carol is no longer working at JCB Ashford. I eventually received my hired vehicle that was dirty inside and out and with documents inside of glove compartment from previous hire. I also had to clean the inside of windscreen to drive safely at night - due to a smeary windscreen. It also had a low tyre pressure amber warning light on the dashboard, the tyre required inflating on more than one occasion during my hire. On the return of the vehicle and after vehicle inspection from staff I was informed by several staff that no documents are available for me to confirm returned vehicle is of satisfactory condition.
After some time Wayne Henry who is the after sales manager produced a document and copy for me to sign, confirming the vehicle has been returned to satisfactory condition, Before informing me that we must cut-ties and I am no longer welcome to use any VW services at JCB Ashford.

The start of the hirer was perfect as always swift and professional service from Carol, the return due to Carol no longer being employed was a mess. Noone seem to know what they were doing and who was responsible for what. Even when I was told I could return the vehicle of Sunday I was met with confusion. Now apparently this service is all online what a shame, it will make me think twice about using it again.

Rented a 7 seat SUV to travel to Euro Disney on the day of travel, I have to say Carol who works for the company is one of the nicest people I have ever met and so professional and efficient in every aspect

I contacted Carol at Ashford Office from Australia by phone and she was so friendly and helpful- she provided all information for us to hire on our arrival. The car hire was great and very competitive and because Carol provided a really personal service that the online ones don't- made me feel comfortable. I wanted to experience the ID4 more than the usual test drive, I came across VWFS “rent a car” located at JCB Volkswagen. Carol was very helpful and attentive with the booking from start to finish. Dealing with Carol at VWFS rent-a-car was a pleasure. I have always used enterprise in the past but this time they was beaten on price by VWFS and I can honestly say they was beaten on customer service! Carol makes our experience great! What a truely lovely lady and very helpful. I have needed a car at short notice a couple of times recently and it hasnt been a problem. The hiring and returning process is easy and prices very good.
