Quick, easy service

Getting here from the airport by bus was straightforward, just a change in Solihull. Location easy to find. Super service on collection and return. The car, a Tiguan, was also great for our group of 5 (all adults) and we had no problem packing our bags (we do travel lighter than most). I would have no hesitation in using VWFS Rent-a-Car again, from this location or any others.

Fantastic service! Changes were responded to quickly and in a customer-oriented way. It was our first time renting a car here and we will gladly do so again for our next stay. Ms Nicholls was always helpful, friendly and service oriented. We couldn't be happier and the car was perfect for our stay!

this was the 1st time i have used VWFS to hire a car from. I have used others in the past but i will definitely be making this company my go to !
The booking of the car on the online process was easy to use and was confirmed via email.
I then spoke with a lovely young woman named Chelsea about my booking, who guided me through the required documents. I also changed date and time of the booking and this was no problem with a quick call to Chelsea who soon had things sorted for me.
I picked up the car and it was lovely, It had been cleaned and was ready to drive away. A quick demo from Chelsea and i was on my way.
I was on quite a long journey but the car was so comfortable I had no aches or pains at all.
the handing back of the vehicle was just as easy as the pick up and all in all everything went as good as it could have with this service.
I would recommend dealing with VWFS Solihull to all.

I hire cars regularly & I normally use the mainstream car hire companies. I found out that VW do car hire by chance, the customer service at Johnsons VW in Solihull was excellent & the charges much lower than the usual hire companies. The booking, collection & return process was very easy. I will be going back.

I would always prefer giving 5 star for the customer service and the vehicle quality and condition they provide to us. I assure will never leave anyone disappointed and the charges are very genuine and doesn’t loot public like other car rentals.

Booking process very straight forward and really good assistance from Chelsea, as before. We hired a number of vehicles and the only disappointment comes down to cleaning (dirty interior windscreen and boot)

Chelsea was great! Fast & efficient service - really happy with the cost of it all & knew I could get in touch if I had any issues!

I needed to rent a car for a few days whilst my car was being fixed. Found VWFS rent a car on a Google search, they were competitively priced and easy to book online. Really helpful and friendly service. Easy collection and drop off. Would definately recommend and would use this service again in the future.

Quick and easy to book and collect, and a good price. My only gripe was during the online booking process I was quoted for a 95 PS Polo, but the car provided was an 80 PS so felt under powered. Didn't have time to return to highlight the issue so had to put up with it. Would use again, but definitely pay more attention to what I was being given!

The service and the car were incredible. This was our first time renting a electric car and I would highly recommended it to anyone to at least try once!

After needing a rental urgently from a local break down. I spoke to Chelsea on the phone and I was pleasantly surprised how quick, easy and reliable she was at organising a car for me. Meeting Chelsea for the first time was an experience, full of bounce, knowledgeable and thoroughly sorted me out. The best experience ever and the car wasn’t bad either. I would recommend and Chelsea is a credit to VWFS rentals.

The website is accurate, speedy and very easy to use. But better than that the experience is backed up in the showroom where Chelsea is brilliant at friendly and quick customer service.
