Really helpful in arranging insurance for a vehicle on subscription. Website search simply did not produce a policy fit for the purpose but through Wagonex everything was resolved to fit the terms of my hire agreement.

Our experience with Wagonex while trying to organize a car from overseas was exceptional. Brooke Stara was the customer service representative we were dealing with. After dealing with numerous other companies who were unhelpful and vague about many things, our dealings with Wagonex need atleast a good review. We are truly impressed. Avoid Wagonex and Electric Zoo : huge checkout bills !
Wagonex connected us to 'Electric Zoo' who tried to claim all sorts of damages upon return of the vehicle. We had rented the vehicle for over 6 months, and there were small superficial scratches to 1 or 2 of the wheel hub-caps. Normal wear and tear. Electric Zoo wanted money to replace all four wheels and also charged us for full valetting even though we had the car fully cleaned at a garage.
This is blatant profiteering. Do not use unless you want an extremely large bill upon checkout. Ours was over £700!
