We honestly couldn’t recommend Becky at Wakefields highly enough.
From our very first appointment, Becky was incredibly patient, attentive and genuinely caring when helping us choose our wedding rings. Across multiple appointments, she took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered thoughtful advice and made what could have been quite an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. At no point did we ever feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. She simply wanted to make sure we were completely happy, and that really stood out to us.
Becky is an absolute delight and a real asset to Wakefields. Her knowledge, professionalism and, most importantly, the way she treats her customers made the whole experience so special for us. We were so grateful that after our wedding we actually popped back into Wakefields just to say thank you to her in person.
The whole team at Wakefields were fantastic throughout, but we particularly wanted to shine a light on Becky because she went above and beyond for us. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us choose such an important part of our wedding, and we’ll always remember how lovely she was throughout the process.

Beautiful independent Rolex and Tudor retailer dealing in both new and approved used watches amongst other jewellery.
The experience has always been good. On this occasion we came to shop as opposed to browse and Joe was extremely professional in his customer service, care and attention. The prices of items seem to be quite competitive despite lack of flexibility in negotiation and of course the stock is beautiful as you would expect.

Definitely worth a visit
Popped in to Wakefield for a browse and ended up buying a Tudor Watch for my husband a a pair of earrings for me. The staff were not pushy at all and seemed genuinely interested in us.
We were served by Emma and we cannot praise her enough. She gave us just enough space to make up our minds and ensured we knew all about our purchases. What a refreshing experience.

A Modern Jeweller with Old World Elegance
Customer service is second to none. I was having a very bad day, which began with a nasty medical diagnosis. As well, I am clinically vulnerable & need to be masked at all times in public enclosures like shops. I did NOT look like a customer in need of luxury jewellery. But — following a burglary that relieved me of my lovely Oris Crown Pointer, my husband bought me a beautiful Tissot Le Locle. I came in to get the linkband adjusted so I could wear it — I needed cheering up. Ben was kind and delightful. Thorough, helpful & efficient. Just the interaction cheered me immensely, never mind the watch.
Secondly, Wakefield’s has both a jeweller & a horologist onsite. They can do complex repairs to fine jewellery & service watches.
Finally, Wakefields source their own stones, generate their own designs & produce some of the finest, most elegant & delicate precious-stone jewellery I have seen. In a world where even the most expensive jewels are ‘big & bling’, Wakefield’s has TASTE.
Not least in their choice of employees. Thank you, Ben. You retrieved my day from a dark place..

Great service from start to finish
Excellent service today from Emma and Willie during our visit for my daughter to have her ears pierced. The store was inviting and calm with drinks offered on arrival and the whole experience being excellent from start to finish.
Whilst there, Emma mentioned an offer they had on a timepiece I had been considering for several years. It was too good an opportunity to miss and I now have a beautiful addition to my small collection of watches.
