Fantastic and personal service.
From the moment the door was opened for me, I couldn’t have felt more welcome! Willie (as a fellow Scot) and I chatted about our ‘home’. He checked and found that Lucy was free to help me. Without any idea of my budget for my engagement ring, Lucy could not have been more friendly and helpful, picking out a variety of rings for me to try. There was no rush or hard sell, just kindness and good advice. The whole experience was truly amazing! I came back with my partner the next day to pay for my chosen ring, and again we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome with a glass of bubbly each, and Lucy and Becky helping us. Cannot recommend enough..

Watch repair
Melanie had suggested a solution prior to Christmas. When I took the watch in Ben was extremely helpful and I left the watch. He called me later that day to confirm time scale and costs. He then called me later in the week to explain the outcome and I was able to pick the watch up the following day.
The fact that the reception area has a purpose built bar facility for hot and cold beverages makes it unique in my shopping experience. All members of staff are welcoming and the soft security makes you feel very comfortable. All the staff are highly knowledgeable and enjoy what they do..

I now have 2 statement pieces of jewellery that I can wear all the time
Melanie’s knowledge, expertise and patience helped me with deciding how to reuse and remodel unworn jewellery into creating a wonderful diamond ring and diamond pendant. I couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

Wakefields staff always attentive.
Wakefields staff are also attentive to my needs and in this particular case were very clear to recommend hand engraving over laser engraving to ensure quality.

Such a helpful, polite and friendly team. Looked after beautifully from the moment the door is held open for you. Offered a drink whilst a lovely lady patiently went through each of the items I had brought in for repair.
