I have recently purchased a property through Waldens, and, Sharon Marshall, was, very, 'through', and 'professional' throughout the above process: she, even, helped me choose my carpet for the above!! I think Waldens has that 'element' of the more 'traditional' Estate Agent, in that, I think their Customer service is the 'equal' of their 'desire' to sell their Properties, rather, than this more 'high volumed' approach, that MANY 'Newer' Estate Agents seem to 'favour' now!! Surely, it can't, just, ALL be about selling 'stats'??

They are very helpful and professional.They keep an eye on our property. Alert us to any problems and arrange, with our consent each time , for them to be fixed. Easy to get hold of to talk about anything.Would certainly recommend them.

I contacted Waldens regarding a property that I was interested in and spoke to a lovely agent called Max! After discussing my family size, Max let me know the property wasn't going to be big enough due to the size of the bedrooms. I appreciated his honesty. I also wanted some advise on renting through an estate agent and he was more than happy to answer my queries, along with listen to my predicament with professionalism and compassion.
I couldn't fault the 10 minute phone call with Max and wish him all the best with his career in property.

I’ve been with Walden’s for years now as a renter, I’d highly recommend this letting agency, Shelley goes above and beyond for her tenants, today I had to ring for a bees nest problem and within an hour they had sent someone out to remove it.
