Brilliant. Quality work done by John and Donna. Very friendly service.

Our new composite door was fitted by Lee. He was very professional, very friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job. He kept the area clean while he worked and did a final clean up at the end. We're really happy with the result and would recommend Walkers Windows.

Very professional door installation by Lee Griffiths. Arrived on time, friendly and courteous. Job well done.

From our first contact with Sam the sales person our experience with this company was great. Sam was welcoming honest and open, he was knowledgeable about the products and advised which type of window and openings would suit each window.
We had great communication with the surveyor and were informed of nstallation date and times, and what we needed to do in preparation for the installation.
The team of installers arrived a little ahead of time and simply cracked on!
Phil, Stuart, Oscar and Lee had great teamwork, they worked seamlessly together and before we knew it our whole house was transformed by our new window installation. They even put up with our elderly Springer spaniel who watched them work.
The finished result of our installation is to a great standard and we are really happy that we chose this company to do this work for us. Many thanks to you all. Angela and Richard Hardy.

Walkers windows came this morning to change my side door. John and Donna arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard. They were both very polite and efficient. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Stop ringing me..have asked you many times not to but you still do.

You had my business untill one of your staff rang again and again

Lee arrived right on time and was very friendly and quick to complete the work. It was a trickier door fitting due to how old and wonky the house is and he made it look so easy - couldn’t recommend more! Thanks Lee and team :)

Very friendly good workmanship and very tidy thanks

Donna and John have just fitted a new door and we are absolutely blown away by their workmanship. from the moment they arrived they were polite, respectful and professional. Everyone we have spoken to at Walkers Windows have been extremely knowledgeable and most importantly have not been pushy, there is no hard sell just honest and factual which is so refreshing. Donna and John work ethic was fabulous, they worked so hard and never stopped until the job was done. The finish was superb, we are delighted with every aspect and look forward to using Walkers again.

All went well and no problems. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend Walkers Windows

They were on time, got on with the job quickly & finished the job in half the time quoted. Thanks to Mark & Steve

Awful customer service. Went into the Huddersfield showroom to get a quote, the salesman did not seem interested at all. We mentioned that we had looked at a couple of other showrooms to get some ideas for colours, the salesman said he wouldn’t waste his time giving us a quote if we wanted ‘cheap’. He was very patronising and condescending. The worst customer services skills I have ever seen.

I recently had my French doors replaced with a sliding door and I’m extremely happy with both the quality of the door and how quickly Walkers arranged everything.

I’ve had a few different members of their fitting team work at my property. Initially, I specifically requested the two fitters whose names seem to appear repeatedly in reviews. However, after having them fit my front door and then being repeatedly asked to leave a review afterwards, I began to understand why their names may feature so frequently.

By comparison, I’ve now had Phil, Stuart and Oscar fit my windows and doors on two separate occasions, and I genuinely cannot recommend these three highly enough. They have been exceptionally reliable, professional and careful in my home.

They did an amazing job fitting my new sliding door and previously fitted my windows to an equally high standard. What particularly impressed me was the care they took around my newly finished internal walls and décor, everything was left exactly as they found it, with no damage whatsoever.

If you have the opportunity to request your fitting team, I would highly recommend asking for Phil, Stuart and Oscar. Based on my own experience, they would absolutely be my first choice for any future work.

John & Donna were a great team. Explained everything clearly, were extremely accommodating with us and our dogs. Did a fantastic job with the windows and cleaned everything up. Very smooth process. Would highly recommend and all done for an excellent price from Walkers Windows.

Great service all round however new door fitted by Mark Ingham. Mark was prompt, pleasant, professional and i was impressed with how clean and tidy his work was. Would definitely recommend the company and Mark

Steve and Mark installed new windows today and they did an amazing job. They were professional, left everything spotless, and were exceptionally courteous throughout the entire process. I’d definitely recommend them!
